We ship all products at the following flat rates:

Zone 1 – Quebec and Ontario: $15
Zone 1 – Remote Area: $25 (G0G 1P0)
Zone 2 – NB, PE, MB, NL, NS, SK, AB and BC: $19

Orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator, Canpar, ICS or GLS and may be shipped as early as the next day, depending on product availability.

The “Small Packet” option, available for jewelry only (2 cm thick or less), is shipped via Canada Post without a tracking number.

We no longer offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee customer satisfaction. Our return or exchange policy is 15 days. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A flat shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund if the original order qualified for free shipping.

No exchanges or refunds on custom, association or personalized orders
